By accessing or using StatCoach ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

StatCoach is a gaming analytics and coaching marketplace platform that connects players ("Clients") with professional gaming coaches ("Coaches"). The Platform provides:

• Performance analytics using gaming data
• A marketplace for discovering and booking coaching sessions
• Communication tools between Coaches and Clients
• Payment processing for coaching services

You must be at least 13 years old to use StatCoach. By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
• You will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

To become a Coach on StatCoach, you must:

• Submit a coaching application and be approved by our team
• Provide accurate information about your gaming rank and experience
• Maintain professional conduct with all Clients
• Deliver sessions as described in your listing
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

StatCoach reserves the right to remove any Coach from the Platform for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or consistent negative feedback.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise noted
• StatCoach may charge a platform fee on transactions
• Refund policies are determined per session and coach agreement
• Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of the transaction

StatCoach uses the Riot Games API to provide gaming analytics. By connecting your Riot account, you acknowledge that:

• Your gaming data will be fetched and processed by our Platform
• StatCoach is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games
• You comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service
• Gaming data is used solely for analytics purposes

StatCoach isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Scrape or extract data without authorization
• Use the Platform to spread malware or harmful content
• Misrepresent your gaming rank or credentials as a Coach
• Engage in fraudulent transactions

The StatCoach Platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by StatCoach and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StatCoach does not guarantee the accuracy of gaming analytics, the quality of coaching sessions, or uninterrupted service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of jurisdiction.
